Time can be seen as chaotic, cyclical, or linear.

Modern society often defaults to a linear view but in reality time is fundamentally cyclical.

Life. Death. Environmental rhythms such as:

Spring

Summer

Winter and
F
A
L
L.

Just as Spring follows Winter, each societal “turning” follows the last, with each phase setting the stage for the next.

Is this random or part of a larger, recurring pattern.

If we only plan for straight-line progress, might we be blindsided by the inevitable downturns and upswings?

What if we can get better at anticipating the “season” we are in, whether in markets, culture, or nature and position accordingly?
