Last week I had the pleasure of meeting Livi Redden, an inspirational woman in her 20s - who is perhaps most famous for giving a TED Talk that has almost 3 million views

Livi’s Dad suffered from [ALS](https://www.perplexity.ai/search/what-is-als-Z%5FNdfMaARb6f8swpppiYVw?ref=pulpconversations.com), making her a child-caretaker for her terminally ill father. This early experience taught her to be resourceful, empathetic, and now relentlessly proactive in encouraging teenagers, 20-somethings and even “adults” to focus on emotional regulation techniques.
